Sweet Dreams relaxation aromatherapy neck wrap in a variety of cotton prints. Neck wrap drapes over shoulders for a hot or cool weighted, soothing feel. Our Neck Wraps are filled with flaxseed and lavender. Directions: Can be used hot or cold. Neck wrap can be stored in your freezer long-term or for at least 20 minutes to chill. Keep in a plastic bag to avoid getting the flaxseed wet. To heat, place neck wrap in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes. Do not overheat.
